The premise
“To be human is to be more than an economic producer.”
— John Montgomery
InSync is the result of 30 years of exchanging knowledge between artists, educationists, management professionals and scholars. The research brought forth three essential factors:
- The essence of performing and visual arts can be converted into modules of learning to facilitate development of students.
- This learning can fill the gaps between the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) education and life skills.
- It helps students realize their true potential.
Why InSync
Bridging the gap
Arts have been practised at an independent level by students, often only as an extracurricular activity. Neither the ecosystem of education nor the job markets are conducive to encouraging the pursuit of Arts as a full-time career.
However, the development of children's overall capabilities lies precisely in the gap between STEM and art education. While the tangibles of the arts (performances or actual works of art) can be the choice of a privileged few, the intangibles — the processes of art — are an extremely important part of the knowledge process.
InSync is a module designed to bridge this gap.
Objectives of the Programme
Balance logic with intuition
The programme facilitates a balance between your logical, objective, analytical self and your intuitive, subjective and holistic self. As much as our linear thought processes are important in our present-day competitive world, the lateral thought processes are equally or more important to cope with work pressures and to balance work and life effectively. InSync is an attempt to facilitate this balance through artistic processes.
What is an artistic process?
There are certain abilities or qualities that an artist needs to develop in order to be effective. These are primarily noted as the right-brain qualities. Some of these qualities are awareness (physical, mental and emotional), curiosity, sensitivity, perception, and more.
All of us have these qualities, but in some they lie dormant. In some cases, people may not even be aware of them. When an artist needs to produce a work of art — be it dance, theatre or a visual art form — there are certain steps one needs to follow. In theatre, for example, the initial effort is to pick a subject in which the director believes, and convert it into an interesting story, then into a script. The director later creates characters, gives them life and shades, and the process continues.
The creative ability to execute these processes can be infused into the everyday life of any individual. These abilities trigger the strengths of the right brain. The immediate response would be that one has neither time nor inclination to develop these abilities — which may be true — but the premise of InSync is that everyone has an artist in them. Our aim is to trigger and open your eyes to these qualities, which will make you an effective and efficient individual with different dimensions.
InSync distills the essence of the arts and converts them into very interesting experiential, interactive activities.
InSync Edge
The USP
The USP of our programmes is that they have amalgamated the artistic and education processes so that they give the student a wholesome understanding of the subjects they learn every day.
The intangible Methodology
All the intangible points are covered in 40 sessions (digital modules) of 45 minutes each. Each session combines written material, videos and video links, audio notes, fitness routines and activities that the student completes independently. InSync helps students fill the gap in their learning.

What the sessions facilitate
All of the above points of intervention will facilitate growth and make students into finer and more sensitive individuals. It will be a slow but certain process if instilled in continuum.
